Terms of Use

Welcome to BragRush. BragRush is an entertainment platform for fast, friendly, skill-based challenges, official BragRush attempts, leaderboards, and shareable results.

By accessing or using BragRush, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use BragRush.

1. Entertainment Platform

BragRush is built for fun, speed, and friendly competition. BragRush challenges, scores, titles, and leaderboards are part of the BragRush platform only.

BragRush does not claim to provide official world records, globally recognized records, professional rankings, athletic rankings, academic rankings, or any external certification or authority.

BragRush is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any world-record organization.

2. No Cash Prizes or Gambling

BragRush does not offer cash prizes, monetary rewards, material prizes, betting, wagering, gambling, sweepstakes, lotteries, or games of chance.

Payments on BragRush are for entertainment access to official ranked attempts or attempt credits. Paying for an official attempt does not guarantee that you will win, rank, receive a title, or obtain anything of monetary value.

Leaderboards and titles are for entertainment and bragging rights only.

3. Practice Attempts and Official Attempts

BragRush may offer both practice attempts and official attempts.

Practice attempts:

  • Are free unless otherwise stated.
  • Do not count on official leaderboards.
  • Do not create official BragRush rankings.
  • Are intended for learning, practice, and entertainment.

Official attempts:

  • Require a paid attempt credit unless otherwise offered during a free beta or promotion.
  • May be eligible for BragRush leaderboards if completed successfully.
  • Must comply with all scoring, accuracy, anti-cheating, and platform rules.
  • Are not guaranteed to result in a leaderboard ranking.

Only valid, completed, unflagged official attempts may appear on BragRush leaderboards.

4. Accuracy and Ranking Rules

For ranked challenges, BragRush may require a perfect or 100% accurate attempt before a score is eligible for the leaderboard.

Unless a specific challenge states otherwise:

  • Accuracy is the first qualifier.
  • Time only matters after the required accuracy threshold is met.
  • A faster inaccurate attempt will not outrank a slower perfect attempt.
  • BragRush may display result details such as time, accuracy, rank, and challenge name.

BragRush may change scoring rules, challenge rules, leaderboard rules, tie-breakers, or eligibility criteria at any time to improve fairness, security, or user experience.

5. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Paid attempt credits may be purchased through BragRush's payment provider. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe or Lovable Payments. BragRush does not store your full payment card details.

Attempt credits are digital entertainment credits used to access official attempts. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise:

  • Purchases are final.
  • Used attempt credits are non-refundable.
  • Failure to rank on a leaderboard does not qualify for a refund.
  • Mistakes, missed answers, slow times, or non-perfect attempts do not qualify for a refund.

If there is a technical issue that prevents access to a purchased official attempt, contact us at hello@bragrush.com. BragRush may, at its discretion, restore credits, provide replacement credits, or issue a refund where appropriate.

6. Fair Play and Anti-Cheating

You agree not to cheat, manipulate, abuse, or interfere with BragRush.

You may not:

  • Use bots, scripts, automation, macros, emulators, or unauthorized tools.
  • Tamper with timers, scores, answers, network requests, sessions, payments, or credits.
  • Submit duplicate or artificial attempts.
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities.
  • Attempt to bypass payment, scoring, leaderboard, or security systems.
  • Interfere with the experience of other users.

BragRush reserves the right to flag, hide, remove, adjust, invalidate, or review any score, attempt, nickname, result, account, session, challenge link, or leaderboard entry that appears suspicious, abusive, impossible, manipulated, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these Terms.

7. Public Nicknames and User Content

Some information may be displayed publicly, including your nickname, rank, score, challenge name, result card, and challenge link.

You are responsible for the nickname or content you submit. You agree not to submit or display anything that is harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, impersonating another person or brand, containing private personal information, containing phone numbers, emails, addresses, or payment information, or containing malware, scripts, code, or attempts to interfere with the platform.

BragRush may reject, edit, hide, remove, or block nicknames or content at any time.

8. Share Cards and Challenge Links

BragRush may allow users to generate shareable result cards and challenge links.

You may share your own BragRush results for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use BragRush share cards, challenge links, branding, or results in a misleading, harmful, defamatory, illegal, or commercial way without permission.

Shared results may include your nickname, score, rank, challenge name, and challenge link. Do not use a nickname or shared result that includes private information you do not want displayed publicly.

9. Age Requirement

BragRush is intended for users who are at least 13 years old.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use BragRush only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

BragRush is not intended for children under 13. Do not use BragRush or submit personal information if you are under 13.

10. Privacy

Your use of BragRush is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

BragRush may collect limited information needed to operate the platform, such as session information, nickname, optional email, purchase confirmation, attempt data, leaderboard data, analytics events, device/browser information, and challenge links.

Do not submit private or sensitive personal information in your nickname or public-facing content.

11. Availability and Changes

BragRush may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the platform at any time, including challenges, records, leaderboards, attempt credits, pricing, scoring rules, share cards, features, and availability.

BragRush may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of BragRush after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

12. No Warranty

BragRush is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that BragRush will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or available at all times.

We do not guarantee that any user will achieve a particular score, rank, title, result, or leaderboard position.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BragRush and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or lost opportunities arising from your use of BragRush.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BragRush's total liability for any claim related to the platform will not exceed the amount you paid to BragRush in the 30 days before the claim arose.
