Refund Policy

BragRush sells digital attempt credits for official ranked attempts. This Refund Policy explains when purchases may or may not be refunded.
1. Digital Attempt Credits
Attempt credits are digital entertainment credits used to access official BragRush attempts.
- Have no cash value
- Are not transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for money
- Are used when an official attempt starts
- May be associated with your browser session and/or email if provided
2. Used Credits Are Non-Refundable
Attempt credits are non-refundable once used. A credit is considered used when an official attempt begins, even if:
- You do not achieve a perfect score
- You do not appear on the leaderboard
- You make a mistake
- You exit or abandon the attempt
- You are slower than expected
- You are unhappy with your score or rank
Payments buy access to official attempts only. They do not guarantee a leaderboard position, title, prize, reward, or specific result.
3. Practice Attempts
Practice attempts are free unless otherwise stated. Practice attempts do not require paid credits, do not appear on official leaderboards, and are not eligible for refunds because no payment is required.
4. Technical Errors
If a technical error caused by BragRush prevents a purchased official attempt from starting or completing properly, contact us at hello@bragrush.com.
Examples may include:
- A confirmed payment did not issue credits
- A credit was deducted but the official attempt did not load
- A platform error prevented the attempt from being completed
- A duplicate charge occurred
If we verify the issue, we may, at our discretion, restore the used credit, issue replacement attempt credits, refund the affected purchase, or provide another reasonable solution.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Unless required by law, refunds will not be provided for:
- Used attempt credits
- Failure to rank on a leaderboard
- Non-perfect attempts
- Wrong answers
- Slow completion times
- Disagreement with a score, rank, challenge design, or scoring rule
- Loss of session-based credits after clearing browser storage, using private browsing, changing devices, or deleting cookies/local storage
- User internet issues, device issues, browser issues, or accidental page closures
- Promotional or free credits
6. Unused Credits
Unused paid credits may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if requested within 14 days of purchase.
BragRush may deny refund requests for unused credits where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, payment manipulation, or violation of the Terms of Use.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us first at hello@bragrush.com so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to suspend or limit credits, sessions, leaderboard entries, or access associated with disputed, reversed, fraudulent, or refunded payments.
8. How to Request Support
To request help with a payment or credit issue, contact hello@bragrush.com. Please include:
- Email used at checkout, if any
- Approximate purchase time
- Attempt package purchased
- Description of the issue
- Screenshot or receipt, if available
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
